We service most of London, Greater London, Luton, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Surrounding Counties. You can check our list of service ares to see if we are near you. For the most part, yes. There are a few times where we can accomodate a same-day service depending on where you’re located and the services you need. However, 98% of the time we work by appointment only.

It is not necessary for you to be present the entire time or even at all. All we require is just access to the vehicle and enough room to work. As far as payment you can pay by cash or bank transfer. We regularly have clients see us only to hand over keys and make payment.

At your home address or place of work we most certainly can work for you. The only thing we ask is to have enough space for us to move around the vehicle. If you’re parked in a tight spot with no open spaces, that makes things a lot more complicated for us. Most of the time we can work for you at your job. However, we do ask that you confirm that we’re allowed on the premises with either security or property management.

Currently payments can be made via Cash or Direct Bank Transfer. We do not have the facility to take card payments at all.

All charges will be included within the price agreed prior to you appointment. However, if you live within an Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) or Congestion Charging Area there will be an addition charge of £15 to cover those costs.

We are very confident in our skills and experience as auto detailers to get your interior cleaned to the best possible standard. However, some stains maybe far too gone for us to completely remove if it has been left to sit for a significant period of time. Regardless, we’ll do everything we can to make it look its very best. If we can’t remove it, we’ll at least make it look significantly better.

At this current time we do not repair any upholstery like torn leather or sagging headliners. We strictly clean and detail only.

With the tools, products, and knowledge that we have, we are able to reach a lot of areas in the vehicle without having to remove the seats at all. So we do not currently remove seats as part of our usual process. However this can be done as part of a bespoke service.

Technically it will mainly hide and cover the micro scratches on your paintwork. The wax puts a layer of protection over your paint that fills in some of those scratches. This is what creates the shine. If you want a higher level of shine by actually removing swirls and scratches, then that would be paint correction that you require. This is a much more specialist job and can be done as part of a bespoke service.
